This notice explains what information Gadget BDs uses to run its marketplace, process orders, and support customers and partner sellers.
Information we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we use the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order history. We also process cart contents and basic technical information needed to keep your session and the service working. Do not submit payment PINs, passwords, or one-time codes in an order note or support message.
How we use it
Information is used to create and secure accounts, maintain carts, confirm and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal requirements. We do not use your delivery details to send unrelated marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive it.
Who receives order information
The partner seller fulfilling an order receives the customer and delivery details needed to prepare and deliver that order. If you select SSLCommerz, payment is completed through that gateway and is subject to its own privacy terms. We do not ask customers to share card PINs or mobile banking OTPs with Gadget BDs or a seller.
Cookies and retention
Essential browser storage may be used for sign-in sessions and guest carts. We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve order issues, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete account information, subject to records we are required to retain.

You can review and update account details from your dashboard. For a privacy request, contact support@gadgetbds.com from the email address associated with your account and describe your request. We may need to verify account ownership before making changes.
